Transfer Fee when purchasing a home in Pecan Grove
Please be aware, there is a transfer fee for setting up new accounts when purchasing a home in Pecan Grove. Effective January 1, 2024, the transfer fee will be $250.00, assessed by the title company and paid by the buyer, this fee may be negotiated by your Realtor to be paid by the seller.
