Pecan Grove Assessment for 2024 will be $229.90, this is 10% above 2023 rates. The increase in maintenance fees was required due to continued inflation and needed repairs to aging infrastructure in Pecan Grove.
The PGPOA, posts monthly financial reports, these reports are available in the Monthly Newsletter as well as the Pecan Grove website. In addition to financial reports, there is also an independent audit completed each year.
