RESALE CERTIFICATE PROCEDURES 

In order to obtain a Resale Certificate, we must first receive your check or money order in the amount of $100 made payable to PGPOA mailed or delivered to 1305 FM 359, Suite B, Richmond, TX  77406.  Upon receiving your check, we will e-mail your request to our attorneys who will generate the Certificate.  Their turn-around time is between 7 and 9 business days and they accept no rush orders.  When we receive the completed Certificate, we will immediately scan it to you, and FedEx overnight the large packet of POA materials, if you provide us with a FedEx prepaid mailing label.  If you do not wish to receive the POA information packet, you may make other arrangements for pickup.
