Homeowners Meetings for 2024
The Pecan Grove Property Owners Association (PGPOA) conducts quarterly meetings, currently held at the Pecan Grove MUD building located at 351 Pitts Rd. next to the Fire Station. Meetings start at 6:30pm and all residents are encouraged to attend. Please note, location and time are subject to change
Meetings will be held five times in 2024 as follows:
General Meeting – January 16th, 2024
General Meeting – April 16th, 2024
General Meeting – July 16th, 2024
Nominations for Board Members – September 17th, 2024
General Board Meeting & Election – October 15th, 2024 – Final meeting for 2024
Quarterly Meetings
The PGPOA holds four quarterly Homeowner meetings each year in addition to a meeting in September, where all residents wishing to run for the board may be nominated and placed on the ballot.
If you have a specific topic you would like to see covered during one of the General Meetings, please reach out to us at least 30 days in advance to allow adequate time for the Board to prepare a response.
