The Grove
The Grove is located north of Pecan Grove starting at Old Dixie and the Pecan Grove Elementary school. This area is managed by the MASC Austin Properties. Homeowners Meetings for 2025
The Pecan Grove Property Owners Association (PGPOA) conducts quarterly meetings, currently held at the Pecan Grove MUD building located at 351 Pitts Rd. next to the Fire Station. Meetings start at 6:30pm and all residents are encouraged to attend. Please note, location and time are subject to change
Meetings will be held five times in 2025 as follows:
General Meeting – January 21st, 2025
General Meeting – April 15th, 2025
General Meeting – July 15th, 2025
Nominations for Board Members – September 16th, 2025
General Board Meeting & Election – October 21st, 2025 – Final meeting for 2025
Pecan Grove POA Board Members
The Pecan Grove Property Owners Association (PGPOA) is made up seven Members. All positions are volunteer and elected to the board for two year terms on alternate years with three or four positions open each year.
Residents are encouraged to participate in the quarterly meetings as well as run for open positions on the board, especially if you are willing to volunteer your time and feel you can make a difference. Nominations are submitted in September each year with elections held in October.
