Please remember to pay your Maintenance Fees on time to avoid a $25.00 late fee assessment starting March 1st. As a note, we now have a payment plan for those who wish to pay on a monthly basis. The PGPOA Resource Section
The section is dedicated to providing you information concerning Deed Restrictions, when you are required to submit a “Property Modification Form”, recent changes to HOA Laws by the State of Texas, provide access to some of the forms you will need to submit these requests, recent changes to HOA laws by the state of Texas, POA Bylaws as well as access to the Quarterly Minute Meetings. You can also find quick access to important sites such as the Fire Department, Police, MUD, Parks from this location.
