To pay your POA assessment online please click on the box below. You will be transferred to a new browser window with instructions and options for payment. First time users will need to register with a username and password. You will also need your Property Account Code (section/block/lot) i.e. 001-002-003, this information can be found on your Assessment Statement from Potter & Golden. Payments can be made via electronic transfer from your checking account (eCheck/ACH), debit or credit card, a small processing fee will apply.
Please Note: The Annual Maintenance fee for 2024 is $229 dollars and 90 cents. Please ensure you are paying the correct amount whether paying online or manually via a check to the POA
