Homeowners Meetings for 2025
The Pecan Grove Property Owners Association (PGPOA) conducts quarterly meetings, currently held at the Pecan Grove MUD building located at 351 Pitts Rd. next to the Fire Station. Meetings start at 6:30pm and all residents are encouraged to attend. Please note, location and time are subject to change
Meetings will be held five times in 2025 as follows:
General Meeting – January 21st, 2025
General Meeting – April 15th, 2025
General Meeting – July 15th, 2025
Nominations for Board Members – September 16th, 2025
General Board Meeting & Election – October 21st, 2025 – Final meeting for 2023
Property Owners Association Board
- The PGPOA Board represents our community by maintaining property values through multiple efforts that include:
- Enforcement of deed restrictions
- Home/Property improvements or modifications, as of Sept 1, 2021, all modification requests are reviewed by an independent ACC Committee, made up of residents of Pecan Grove. Approvals or Denial of work will be determined by this group but can be appealed to the PGPOA Board if necessary.
- Interface with ACC committee concerning disputes over proposed home or property modifications
- Maintenance of esplanades and entrances to the neighborhood
- Finances, Audits, Interfacing with legal and accountants as necessary
- Maintenance fee collections
- Quarterly homeowner meetings
- Works directly with the fire department, MUD and law enforcement patrolling the neighborhood
