The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is made up of four Pecan Grove Residents. ACC committee members can not be (1) a current board member; (2) a current board member’s spouse; or (3) a person residing in a current board member’s household.
The ACC Committee reviews and interfaces with residents to approve or deny property or home modification requests for Pecan Grove. Applications will be reviewed as quickly as possible but could take up to 30 days, depending on the request and required supporting documentation.
Please note: Residents can appeal decisions of the ACC committee to the PGPOA Board if your request is denied.
